Administration of Estates Amendment Act 22 of 2018
The Act amends the Administration of Estates Act, 1965, to further protect the interest of minors and persons under curatorship; to further provide for the protection of estate monies and assets; and
To consolidate and amend the law relating to the execution of wills.
